요지 — 본 앱은 운영자 측 서버를 운영하지 않습니다. 이용자가 입력한 건강 기록은 기본적으로 기기 내에 저장되며, 자동으로 외부에 저장되는 경로는 이용자가 Google Drive백업을 활성화한 경우의 암호화 백업이 유일합니다. 백업은 이용자 본인의 Drive계정으로만 전송되고, 복호화 키는 이용자의 기기에만 존재하므로 운영자를 포함한 제3자는 백업 내용을 열람할 수 없습니다. 이용자가 공유 기능을 실행한 경우에는 선택한 기간의 그래프·수치 이미지가 기기에서 이용자가 지정한 외부 앱으로 직접 전달되며, 운영자 서버를 거치지 않습니다(무료 버전의 광고 게재에 수반되는 정보 전송은 제5조 참조).
제1조 (총칙)
본 개인정보처리방침(이하 "본 방침")은 건강 기록 애플리케이션 SoulLogs(이하 "본 앱")가 취급하는 정보의 항목, 저장 위치, 파기 방법 및 제3자 서비스에 관한 사항을 규정합니다. 본 앱은 자체 회원가입·계정 기능이 없으며, Google Drive백업을 이용하는 경우에 한하여 이용자의 Google계정 인증을 요청합니다. 운영자는 이용자의 기록에 접근할 수 있는 수단을 보유하지 않습니다.

제2조 (취급하는 정보 및 저장 위치)
- 건강 기록: 체중, 허리둘레 등 신체 치수, 약물의 명칭·용량·부작용 메모, 태그, 메모
- 저장 위치: 상기 기록은 기본적으로 이용자 기기 내부의 데이터베이스에 저장됩니다. 이용자가 백업을 활성화한 경우에는 암호화된 사본이 본인 Drive에 저장됩니다(제4조). 운영자는 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 기록을 수집·열람·보관하지 않습니다.
- 앱 설정(언어, 표시 설정 등): 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다.
제3조 (고지)
본 앱은 첫 실행 시 기록이 기본적으로 기기 내에 저장된다는 사실을 고지하고 본 방침의 열람 경로를 제공합니다. 기록의 입력·저장 여부는 전적으로 이용자의 선택에 따릅니다.
제4조 (백업)
이용자가 백업 기능을 활성화한 경우, 기록은 AES-256-GCM방식으로 암호화된 후 이용자 본인 Google계정의 애플리케이션 전용 데이터 폴더(Drive App Data)에 저장됩니다. 복호화 키는 이용자의 기기에만 보관되므로 운영자, Google 및 제3자는 백업 내용을 열람할 수 없습니다. 동일한 이유로 기기 분실 또는 앱 재설치 후에는 기존 백업을 복원할 수 없습니다. 본 앱의 Drive접근 권한은 애플리케이션 전용 데이터 폴더로 한정되며, 이용자의 다른 파일에는 접근하지 않습니다.
iOS버전은 앱 자체의 백업 기능을 제공하지 않습니다. 대신 기기 내 데이터베이스는 이용자가 iOS기기 설정에서 켠 경우 iCloud백업에 포함될 수 있으며, 이는 Apple이 제공하는 기기 단위 백업 기능으로 본 앱이 별도로 관여하거나 전송하지 않습니다.
제5조 (제3자 서비스 및 정보 전송)
- Google AdMob (무료 버전 광고): 광고 게재를 위하여 본 앱에 포함된 광고 SDK가 기기에서 외부로 정보를 전송합니다. 전송 정보: 광고 식별자(ADID), IP주소 및 이로부터 추정되는 대략적인 위치, 기기·앱 관련 정보(앱 세트 ID 등의 식별자 포함), 진단 정보, 광고 노출·상호작용 기록 / 전송처: Google LLC / 목적: 광고 게재, 노출 빈도 관리, 부정행위 방지, 성과 측정. 본 앱은 비개인화 광고(NPA)를 기본으로 요청하나, 이 경우에도 상기 정보의 전송 자체는 이루어집니다. 건강 기록은 광고 SDK에 전달되지 않습니다.
- Google Play결제 (Android판 전용 — 프리미엄 구매): 결제는 Google이 처리하며, 본 앱은 구매 상태의 확인 외에 결제 정보를 취급하지 않습니다. iOS버전에는 앱 내 구매 기능이 없습니다.
- Google Drive API (Android판 전용 — 백업): 제4조의 백업 용도에 한하여 사용됩니다. iOS버전에는 앱 자체의 백업 기능이 없어 사용되지 않습니다.
- 공유 기능 (이용자 실행 시): 이용자가 공유를 실행하면 선택한 기간의 그래프·수치가 담긴 이미지가 기기에서 이용자가 지정한 외부 앱으로 직접 전달됩니다. 운영자 서버를 거치지 않으며, 전달된 이미지의 취급은 해당 앱의 정책에 따릅니다.
- 기기 이전 (이용자 실행 시): 이용자가 Android기기 이전을 실행하면 OS 또는 제조사의 이전 도구를 통해 앱 데이터가 새 기기로 직접 전달될 수 있으며, 운영자 서버를 거치지 않습니다.

제6조 (보유 기간 및 파기)
- 기록은 이용자가 삭제할 때까지 이용자 기기 내에 보관됩니다.
- 설정 화면의 "모든 데이터 삭제" 기능으로 전체 삭제를 선택하면 기기 내 기록과 암호화 키를 삭제하며, Google계정 인증과 네트워크를 이용할 수 있는 경우 Drive백업 파일도 함께 삭제합니다. 기기 데이터만 삭제하도록 선택한 경우 Drive의 암호화된 백업 파일은 남을 수 있습니다. (iOS버전은 Drive백업을 제공하지 않으므로 이 삭제는 기기 내 기록과 암호화 키에만 적용됩니다.)
- 앱 삭제 시 기기 내 기록과 암호화 키가 함께 삭제되며, 잔존하는 Drive백업은 키 부재로 복호화할 수 없습니다. (iOS버전은 iCloud백업이 켜져 있으면 제4조에 따라 Apple이 관리하는 백업에 사본이 남을 수 있으며, 이는 이용자가 iOS기기 설정에서 관리합니다.)
- 운영자는 이용자의 데이터를 보유하지 않으므로 운영자에 대한 별도의 파기 요청 절차는 존재하지 않습니다.
제7조 (아동의 이용)
본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 이용 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만의 경우 법정대리인의 동의 없이 이용할 수 없습니다.
제8조 (의료 관련 고지)
본 앱이 제공하는 모든 기록·수치·집계는 개인의 기록 관리를 목적으로 하며, 의학적 조언에 해당하지 않습니다. 진단·치료·예방에 관한 판단은 반드시 의료 전문가와 상의하시기 바랍니다.
제9조 (방침의 변경)
본 방침을 변경하는 경우 본 페이지에 게시하며, 중요한 변경은 앱 내에서 별도로 안내합니다.
Privacy Policy

Summary — The app operates no server on the operator's side. Health records entered by the user are stored on the user's device by default; the only automatic external storage path is the encrypted Drive backup, and only when the user enables it. The backup is transmitted solely to the user's own Google Drive account, and because the decryption key exists only on the user's device, no third party, including the operator, can read it. When the user runs the share feature, an image containing the graph and figures for the selected period is passed directly from the device to an external app of the user's choosing, without passing through any operator server (for data transmission associated with advertising in the free version, see Article 5).
Article 1 (General)
This Privacy Policy ("this Policy") sets forth the categories of information handled by the health-tracking application SoulLogs ("the App"), its storage location, deletion procedures, and third-party services involved. The App has no account registration feature of its own; user authentication with the user's Google account is requested only when the Google Drive backup feature is used. The operator possesses no means of accessing user records.

Article 2 (Information handled and storage location)
- Health records: body weight, body measurements such as waist circumference, medication name/dosage/side-effect notes, tags, and notes
- Storage: such records are stored in an on-device database by default; if the user enables backup, an encrypted copy is stored in the user's own Drive (Article 4). The operator runs no server and does not collect, view, or retain any records.
- App settings (language, display preferences): stored on the device only.
Article 3 (Notice)
Upon first launch, the App presents a notice stating that records are stored on the device by default, together with access to this Policy. Whether to enter and store records is entirely at the user's discretion.
Article 4 (Backup)
When the user enables the backup feature, records are encrypted using AES-256-GCM and stored in the application-specific data folder (Drive App Data) of the user's own Google account. The decryption key is retained solely on the user's device; accordingly, neither the operator, Google, nor any third party can read the backup. For the same reason, an existing backup cannot be restored after device loss or app reinstallation. The App's Drive access is limited to its application-specific data folder and does not extend to the user's other files.
The iOS version does not provide its own backup feature. Instead, the on-device database may be included in iCloud Backup if the user has turned it on in iOS device settings — this is a device-level backup feature provided by Apple, and the App does not participate in or transmit any part of it.
Article 5 (Third-party services and data transmission)
- Google AdMob (advertising in the free version): the advertising SDK embedded in the App transmits information from the device for ad serving. Information transmitted: advertising identifier (ADID), IP address and the approximate location inferred from it, device and app information (including identifiers such as App Set ID), diagnostic information, and ad impression and interaction data / Recipient: Google LLC / Purpose: ad serving, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and measurement. The App requests non-personalized ads (NPA) by default; this does not eliminate the transmission of the information listed above. Health records are never provided to the advertising SDK.
- Google Play Billing (Android version only — premium purchase): payment is processed by Google; the App handles no payment information beyond verifying purchase status. The iOS version has no in-app purchases.
- Google Drive API (Android version only — backup): used solely for the backup described in Article 4. It is not used on the iOS version, which has no in-app backup feature.
- Share feature (user-initiated): when the user runs the share feature, an image containing the graph and figures for the selected period is passed directly from the device to the external app the user selects. It does not pass through any operator server; handling of the shared image is governed by the receiving app's policies.
- Device transfer (user-initiated): when the user runs an Android device transfer, app data may be passed directly to the new device through the OS or manufacturer transfer tool, without passing through any operator server.

Article 6 (Retention and deletion)
- Records are retained on the user's device until deleted by the user.
- When full deletion is chosen via the "Delete all data" function in Settings, on-device records and the encryption key are deleted; the Drive backup file is also deleted where Google authentication and network access are available. If the user chooses to delete device data only, the encrypted backup file may remain in Drive. (The iOS version does not offer Drive backup, so this deletion applies only to on-device records and the encryption key.)
- Uninstalling the App deletes on-device records and the encryption key; any remaining Drive backup becomes unreadable in the absence of the key. (On the iOS version, if iCloud Backup is enabled, a copy may remain in the Apple-managed backup described in Article 4, which the user controls in iOS device settings.)
- As the operator retains no user data, no separate deletion request procedure with the operator exists.
Article 7 (Use by children)
The App is not directed at children. In the Republic of Korea, persons under the age of 14 may not use the App without the consent of a legal guardian.
Article 8 (Medical disclaimer)
All records, figures, and summaries provided by the App are intended for personal record-keeping and do not constitute medical advice. Decisions concerning diagnosis, treatment, or prevention should always be made in consultation with a healthcare professional.
Article 9 (Amendments)
Amendments to this Policy will be posted on this page; material changes will additionally be announced within the App.

第3条(通知)
本アプリは初回起動時に、記録が基本的に端末内に保存される旨を通知し、本ポリシーの閲覧手段を提供します。記録の入力・保存は利用者の任意によるものです。
第4条(バックアップ)
利用者がバックアップ機能を有効にした場合、記録はAES-256-GCM方式で暗号化のうえ、利用者本人のGoogleアカウントのアプリケーション専用データフォルダ(Drive App Data)に保存されます。復号鍵は利用者の端末内にのみ保管されるため、運営者・Google・第三者がバックアップの内容を閲覧することはできません。同様の理由により、端末の紛失またはアプリの再インストール後は既存のバックアップを復元できません。本アプリのDriveアクセス権限はアプリケーション専用データフォルダに限定され、利用者のその他のファイルにはアクセスしません。
iOS版は、アプリ自体のバックアップ機能を提供していません。代わりに、端末内データベースは、利用者がiOS端末設定でオンにした場合にiCloudバックアップに含まれることがあります。これはAppleが提供する端末単位のバックアップ機能であり、本アプリはこれに関与・送信を行いません。
第5条(第三者サービスおよび情報の外部送信)
- Google AdMob(無料版の広告): 広告配信のため、本アプリに組み込まれた広告SDKが端末から外部へ情報を送信します(電気通信事業法の外部送信規律に基づく公表)。送信される情報: 広告識別子(ADID)、IPアドレスおよびこれから推定されるおおよその位置情報、端末・アプリに関する情報(アプリセットID等の識別子を含む)、診断情報、広告の表示・操作に関する情報(個人関連情報に該当し得ます) / 送信先: Google LLC / 利用目的: 広告の配信、表示頻度の管理、不正防止、効果測定。本アプリは非パーソナライズ広告(NPA)を既定としてリクエストしますが、この場合も上記情報の送信自体は行われます。健康記録が広告SDKに提供されることはありません。
- Google Play 課金(Android版のみ — プレミアム購入): 決済はGoogleが処理し、本アプリは購入状態の確認以外に決済情報を取り扱いません。iOS版にアプリ内課金はありません。
- Google Drive API(Android版のみ — バックアップ): 第4条のバックアップ用途に限り使用します。iOS版はアプリ自体のバックアップ機能がないため使用しません。
- 共有機能(利用者の実行時): 利用者が共有を実行すると、選択した期間のグラフ・数値を含む画像が、端末から利用者が指定した外部アプリへ直接渡されます。運営者のサーバーは経由せず、共有後の画像の取り扱いは受け取り側アプリのポリシーに従います。
- 端末の移行(利用者の実行時): 利用者がAndroid端末の移行を実行すると、OSまたはメーカーの移行ツールを通じてアプリのデータが新しい端末へ直接引き継がれることがあります。運営者のサーバーは経由しません。

第6条(保存期間および削除)
- 記録は、利用者が削除するまで利用者の端末内に保存されます。
- 設定画面の「すべてのデータを削除」機能で全体の削除を選択した場合、端末内の記録と暗号鍵を削除し、Googleアカウント認証およびネットワークが利用可能な場合はDriveのバックアップファイルも併せて削除します。端末内データのみの削除を選択した場合、Drive上の暗号化されたバックアップファイルが残ることがあります。(iOS版はDriveバックアップを提供していないため、この削除は端末内の記録と暗号鍵にのみ適用されます。)
- アプリをアンインストールした場合、端末内の記録と暗号鍵が削除され、残存するDriveバックアップは鍵の不在により復号できません。(iOS版でiCloudバックアップがオンになっている場合、第4条に記載のApple管理のバックアップに複製が残ることがあり、これは利用者がiOS端末設定で管理します。)
- 運営者は利用者のデータを保有しないため、運営者に対する削除請求の手続きはありません。
第7条(お子様のご利用)
本アプリはお子様の利用を対象としていません。大韓民国においては、14歳未満の方は法定代理人の同意なく利用できません。
第8条(医療に関する免責)
本アプリが提供するすべての記録・数値・集計は個人の記録管理を目的とするものであり、医学的助言に該当しません。診断・治療・予防に関する判断は、必ず医療専門家にご相談ください。
第9条(本ポリシーの変更)
本ポリシーを変更する場合は本ページに掲載し、重要な変更についてはアプリ内でも別途お知らせします。
